My name is Hila, and I am a passionate and dedicated therapist based in Los Altos, California. Born and raised in Israel, I obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work, with a specialization in trauma during my master's program.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including mental health clinics, social services, schools and with at-risk youth. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on individuals' lives and the importance of providing support.
In 2012, I made the exciting move to California and obtained my professional license in the field. I joined a nonprofit organization, where I focused on assisting adults facing various challenges, with a particular emphasis on childhood trauma and its effects. The opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and help them on their healing journeys has been truly rewarding.
Currently, I am thrilled to be running my private practice, where I continue to provide compassionate and personalized therapy to adults aged 18 and above. I find immense fulfillment in connecting with people and supporting them through their personal struggles. Witnessing their growth and the positive changes they make in their lives is incredibly inspiring.
